Biography

Tim began his legal career at a large firm, where he exclusively handled personal injury litigation and headed the firm’s personal injury law department. He quickly realized that representing the little guy was his calling.

The big-firm experience created the foundation for Tim’s knowledgeable work in the field of auto accident mediation and litigation. With an eye for developing a firm in which client interaction and hands-on involvement took priority, Tim partnered with Brad Bishop to establish Bishop & Hayes, a firm that exclusively helps auto accident victims.

Tim is committed to serve his clients, community, country and family. He is a U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps officer and proudly served the United States during Operation Iraqi Freedom. As a child, Tim traveled with his parents on missionary projects with the Assemblies of God, a tradition he continues with his wife and four children, who are active members of Life Point Church.
